All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful Inc.
Printful handles production, packaging, and delivery directly to our customers around the world.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically printed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday or Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days.

💡 Most EU orders arrive within 4–5 days after dispatch.
Tracking is provided for every shipment.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, product type, and weight.
You will see the total shipping cost before completing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking link to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the re-shipping cost will be covered by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email contact@prompted.top within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll coordinate with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Return Address

Do not return items directly to the sender address on the label.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return location (Printful’s facility in Latvia, Spain, or USA depending on where the order was shipped from).

  • Customs delays may occur for non-EU orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.
