Refund policy

🧾 1. General Information

All products in the Prompted store are created on demand, individually for each order, using AI-generated designs and printed by our production partner Printful Inc..
Because every item is made specifically for you, we can only accept returns or replacements in cases of defective or damaged products.

If your item arrived with a printing error, damage, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@prompted.top within 14 days of delivery.
Attach photos clearly showing the issue — this will allow us to report the problem directly to our production partner and resolve it quickly.


⚙️ 2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@prompted.top.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund — no return shipment will be required unless specified otherwise.

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation — unannounced returns cannot be processed.


🚫 3. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color,

  • Customer’s change of mind,

  • Products that have been worn or washed,

  • Sale items or gift cards.


🇪🇺 4. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without reason.
However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, such as Print-on-Demand products created specifically for you.
If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, the right to complaint remains valid.


💳 5. Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@prompted.top.
